Religious School: Gesher

 We at Temple Beth Shalom, are excited to announce that we have joined the Greater Harrisburg Communal school, Gesher.

Gesher, meaning bridge is symbolic of the journey our students and their families take as they become learned about their Jewish heritage while they are engaged in Jewish life.   This cutting edge concept of a combined Jewish supplemental school is a bridge for our Greater Jewish community, as 3 synagogue communities work together to combine resources and build a better school for all of our students and families. 

The students of Temple Beth Shalom will be joining students from Beth El Temple and Chisuk Emuna in learning about our Jewish traditions, Jewish values, Jewish History and the Hebrew language in a supplemental school setting.   More information will follow.
